What to do if there is a problem

Firstly contact Jodie at Between Green Boxes using the email address info@between-green.com and I will sort out any issues personally to the best of my ability.

Not Happy?

If for any reason you are not happy with the contents of your Between Green Box we allow returns of Between Green Boxes unused and in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. You are liable for the return postage costs and MUST send an accurate proof of postage via email to info@between-green.com

Once proof of postage AND goods are received by me, a refund will be issued within 7 days of receipt.

Postage Issues:

Delivery issues are rare as we use Royal Mail 2nd Class Service to send your goodies to you. In the unlikely event that your Between Green Box arrives damaged you will be required to provide photos of the damage and will be sent replacement items with your next subscription box delivery.

If in the VERY unlikely event that your box does not arrive within 28 days of postage your subscription box account will be credited when compensation is received by the Royal Mail.
